Job Description

Looking for a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at Hacienda Blu, Panama Beach!

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, as well as experience creating and executing specialty cocktails. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, proactive, and can create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

 

  • Create specialty cocktails and other drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Manage inventory and supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a bartender
  • Basic English
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
