It prompted her to seek change in a place she had always dreamed of living, by the beach, and now at Playas del Coco, Guanacaste in Costa Rica. Laura’s philosophy revolves around the idea that she has the power to create her own reality. As a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, embracing self-knowledge, and practicing Hoʻoponopono – a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, and drawing wisdom from A Course in Miracles, she cultivates a deep understanding of herself and her role in the world. Yoga and meditation are integral to her daily routine, offering tranquility and a connection to her inner self. Through her motto of “awaken and share,” Laura seeks to inspire others to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery, compassion, and purpose.
