After enduring a devastating house fire and navigating the challenges brought on by the pandemic, the family decided it was time for a fresh start. They packed their woodworking tools, coffee and ice cream equipment, and an unwavering determination, and set their sights on Playas del Coco.

Maple Connection Cafe quickly became a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, where the aroma of freshly brewed Santa Lucia coffee fills the air. The Swenson Family takes great pride in sourcing their coffee from a family farm in the central valley of Costa Rica, ensuring a rich and flavorful experience for their customers.
